Rolf Hert HR Search&Consulting may store received files of candidates. Files of candidates include information which is protected by Swiss law as “personal data especially worthy of protection” according the Federal Data Protection Law, DSG Art 3 and according to Federal Employment Service Law, AVG Art. 7. The transmission of files to third parties needs the authorization of the candidates.
