As owner of Rolf Hert HR Search&Consulting I can look back on 35 years of practical experience in Human Resources. The core competencies cover all major HR processes and services, such as recruiting, onboarding, talent management/training, succession planning, performance management/compensation, process and project management, outplacement, coaching and mediation/trouble shooting.
International management responsibility and active participation in external expert committees belong to my broad range of professional experience too. With my dual expertise as HR Manager and owner of a consulting company, I understand the HR business from different angles what is finally to the benefit of the clients.
